Do you love working with children, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Pre-Uni New College Baulkham Hills is looking for a Part Time/Full-Time Office Administrator to join our vibrant after-hours team.

Tutors/Uni Students can also apply for the Tutor position.

About the Role

This is more than just admin work, it's an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the learning experience of hundreds of primary school students each week. You'll be the face of our centre during our busiest times, helping to keep everything running smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.

Work Hours: (MUST BE ABLE TO WORK DURING THESE HOURS)

Part time must have a minimum of 1 weekend day and 4 weeknights

  • School Term: Saturday 8am-6pm, Sunday 8am–6pm, Monday to Thursday 4pm–9pm
  • School Holidays (7 weeks/year): Monday to Friday 8am–6pm

What You'll Do:

  • Handle and oversee daily centre operations with a hands-on, solutions-focused attitude
  • Collaborate closely with admin and teaching teams to support students
  • Handle parent enquiries, phone calls, texts, and emails with warmth and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate student and staff records
  • Foster a supportive and positive environment for both children and staff

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children (any background – teaching, childcare, volunteering)
  • Proactive - you will be required to make decisions on your own
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Mandarin speaking is a bonus but not essential
  • Patience, empathy, and a high attention to detail

What We Offer:

  • $65,000–$100,000+/year base salary (equivalent to $35–$50/hour) + super + sizeable bonus
