Are you a highly organised and proactive professional with a passion for supporting construction and operations teams? We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Adelaide team on either a full-time OR part-time, 6-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

In this pivotal role, you'll provide coordination support across our Operations and Construction teams, helping drive pre-site and on-site efficiency while ensuring a seamless experience for our partners.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate workflows between Operations and Site Management teams
  • Resolve documentation issues affecting site efficiency
  • Maintain and update project documentation and QA records
  • Coordinate inspections, fencing notices, and compliance documentation
  • Organise council approvals and manage related communications
  • Track construction progress and support claim management
  • Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on actions
  • Comply with all HSE directives and contribute to a safe work environment

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar role
  • Strong administrative and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Click Home is a plus
  • Effective problem-solving and initiative
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and documents
  • Understanding of the residential building and construction process
