Embark Group Australia Pty Ltd (Company) is an established education and migration service provider in Australia catering to international students and migrants mostly from Bangladesh.
The Company is looking for a suitably qualified Office Manager to organise and control the functions and resources of its office including administrative systems and office personnel.
Qualifications
AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications. Relevant experience and/or on-the-job training will be favourably considered in addition to the formal qualification. The business of the Company is in relation to foreign students and migrants from South Asian countries - from Bangladesh in particular, so Bangla speaking candidate with clear knowledge of socio-economic and cultural conditions in Bangladesh is preferred.
Experience
At least 1 (one) year relevant experience is required for this position.
Skills
- contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards for customers situated overseas and/or in Bangladesh
- allocating human resources, space and equipment according to customer needs
- assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff
- managing records and accounts of the office
- liaising with professionals in Australia and/or overseas and/or Bangladesh to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of problems
- ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained
- ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures
- coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision in the context of international customers
Salary
AUD 77, ,000 per annum
