About the Role

DJ City is seeking several experienced and highly motivated sales consultants for full-time positions available at our Melbourne stores.

Due to continuous success and growth, we have exciting opportunities to join our team.

Qualifications & experience
    • Strong work ethic with a desire to be a part of a high-performance culture and an interest in Sound Lighting and DJ equipment.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar sales roles.
    • The ability to problem-solve.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel.
    • Excellent customer service and phone manner.
    • Exceptional communication skills.
    • The ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a team.
Tasks & responsibilities
    • Processing and shipping online orders.
    • Serving customers / counter sales.
    • Managing stock / inventory.
    • Basic maintenance of lighting and audio equipment.
    • Telephone answering / customer inquiries.
    • General duties as directed.
    • Communicating and assisting with associated companies.
