Residential Project Sales Professional

With continued success of their residential development projects, our client a South-East Qld based private property group seeks a Sales Professional to assist in the sales and marketing of this medium-density residential project based on the Gold Coast. With a vibrant design and prime location, their quality project will generate exceptional interest and sales.

Responsible for working on-site at a display suite, you will be responsible for the sales of quality off-the-plan residential units suited to a range of buyer markets, liaising with clients from initial enquiry through to contract signing and settlement processes. Key duties will include the implementation of property sales and marketing strategies, client prospecting and database maintenance to maximise leads, continued communications with purchasers to ensure smooth settlement processes, liaison with external agencies and marketers.

The successful candidate will need to be a team player, but also need to be a self-starter and able to work autonomously on days when you will work alone. You will have prior experience in the project sales of residential projects, ideally in selling off-the-plan projects. You must possess a current REIQ Salesperson Certificate and have an understanding of sales contracts / processes with the ability to communicate information effectively to potential buyers. Candidates must also display professional presentation, excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
