About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic In Field Customer Relations person to oversee the installation of Fibreglass Pools for our growing business. This full-time position is based in our Melbourne office, with travel to job sites across the local area. As the In Field Customer Relations Officer, you will be responsible for working with our teams of skilled installers to ensure all pool installations are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

A valid driver's licence is required for travel to job sites across the local area.

A full car licence is required for this position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee a team of pool installers and report on their daily activities
  2. Ensure all pool installations adhere to company policies, safety protocols and industry best practices
  3. Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and manage their expectations
  4. Inspect all completed pool installation stages and document the progress
  5. Provide on-site guidance and assistance to the installation team
  6. Maintain detailed records of all pool installations and report on progress
  7. Identify opportunities to improve installation processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Someone with enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a great work ethic. Experience in a similar role in the pool or construction industry would be ideal, but not necessary
  2. Any knowledge of fibreglass pools, installation techniques, and safety requirements is advantageous
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  4. Ability to effectively work with and assist our install teams
  5. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical plans and drawings
  6. Strong communication and customer service skills
  7. Demonstrated commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
  8. Australian work rights are required for this position
