The Role:

As our lovely Bar legend, you'll serve as a key member of our service team You will be responsible for assisting our team to meets our commitments to customer service, high quality standards and team member enjoyment in a busy environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure customer experiences are at or above our standards
  • Follow all processes such as venue open & closes, as well as identifying and suggesting opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure product quality is on point
  • Have a strong motivation to understand the Squires Loft menu & offerings.
  • Working in a way which aligns with the business' values, ensuring all team member's experience is fun, safe and enriching.
  • Help teammates whether on the floor or kitchen, to ensure we quickly identify and assist in minimising stressful situations in a busy environment.
  • Communicate well with all employees and serve as a teammate within the group
  • Identify & communicate any repair needs or ongoing scheduling challenges that can be improved and seek solutions.
