The Sporting Globe® is a hospitality and sports entertainment brand with a mission to be Australia's most loved sports Bar and Grill. We offer high-quality pub food complemented by a large range of beers, cocktails, and spirits in a welcoming family atmosphere.

The venue is complete with a state-of-the-art fit-out, including multi-level spaces, a Large Function room, a Beer garden and a separate bar area with over 70 screens The Sporting Globe is the ultimate venue to eat, drink and catch a game.

Since launching The Sporting Globe, the business has already been recognised as a leader by the Victorian and Queensland Australian Hotels Association, and Fox Sports voted as a finalist for Best Sporting Bar, Pub Tab & Specialty Venue.

**Your new role**:

- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Front-line operations including seating customers and serving food and beverage
- Bar operations
- OH&S
- Involvement in Functions and Events
- Coaching fellow team members to achieve our daily and weekly goals

**What is required?**
- A minimum of 1 -2 years of bar experience & hospitality experience.
- Preferred experience working in busy Restaurant/Bar environments
- Passion for the industry and a strong sales culture
- Customer-first attitude with high service levels a priority
- RSA certificate
- TAB certification preferred but not essential
