Join a highly respected boutique financial services firm located in inner-west Brisbane. This role  works closely with the Managing Partner to ensure smooth operation of daily function and assist in the operation of business projects. You'll enjoy a professional, flexible, and rewarding environment, working three days per week (9am–3pm) with flexible work arranagements — perfect for a highly organised professional seeking balance and meaningful work within a boutique, high-trust environment.

The Role

As the Assisting Managing Partner, you'll provide executive and personal support across a mix of business and private matters, ensuring seamless daily operations. This position is suited to an experienced Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager who thrives in a polished, professional setting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing appointments, scheduling, and diary coordination

• Preparing letters, emails, presentations, and professional correspondence

• Supporting private office functions and event coordination

• Providing bookkeeping support, including QuickBooks and simple BAS preparation

• Handling confidential business and personal matters with professionalism

About You

You're a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys variety and takes pride in producing quality work. Previous experience supporting a senior executive, partner, or principal within financial services, legal, or professional sectors will be highly regarded. Strong communication, organisation, and discretion are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is highly valued but not essential.
