Role Description

This is a part-time, 3 days a week, hybrid role for a highly organised and analytical Client Success & Operations Manager located in Manly, NSW. The Manager will serve as the key administrative and operational anchor for our small consulting company that delivers in-person, virtual and AI-based skills training internationally.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the processes and systems that drive operational efficiency and working with clients to ensure precise execution of client projects. Responsibilities include overseeing operations to enhance efficiency, ensuring alignment with company objectives. The ability to foster strong communication and collaboration within client teams, as well as driving successful outcomes will also be key components of the role.

Core Responsibilities:

·      Oversee logistics and execution of meetings, training schedules and programmes

·      Create and coordinate proposals, invoices, statements of work, and business documents

·      Manage trainer scheduling and courseware distribution

·      Support finance processes, including cash-flow, payroll, reporting, and invoicing

·      Maintain quality standards across corporate communications and materials

·      Administer key digital platforms (CRM, eLearning, and company websites)

Skills required:

·      Proven experience in client success, sales operations, or project management.

·      Strong analytical and operations management skills, with the ability to evaluate processes and drive improvements.

·      Demonstrated expertise in ensuring client satisfaction and managing client relationships to achieve successful outcomes and ensuring seamless project delivery.

·      Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.

·      Direct experience with finance administration skills for managing budgets, cash-flow, payroll, reporting, and invoicing on Xero.

·      Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork and collaboration.

·      Experience in training processes or client-focused industries is an advantage.

·      Able to take a creative idea and turn it into a critically thought-out process.
