The Role
As a part-time (30hrs)
Assistant
Store Manager

Queens Plaza David Jones Concession,
you'll support the Store Manager to take the store to the next level by driving sales, coaching your team and creating a standout store experience. You'll be hands-on, people-focused, and commercially sharp.

*What You'll Do*

  • Create memorable customer moments every day
  • Lead, develop, and inspire your team to hit sales and service targets
  • Maintain high standards across store presentation, VM, and stock flow
  • Build a team culture grounded in trust, energy, and retail pride

  • Previous retail or customer service experience
  • A passion for team development and coaching
  • Strong operational skills and attention to detail
