What you'll be doing

  • Assisting the Store Manager in the overall management of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and loss prevention
  • Fostering a positive and productive work environment, providing leadership, coaching and support to the retail team
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales through effective product knowledge, merchandising and store presentation
  • Monitoring and analysing store performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve sales and operational targets
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail management or assistant management role, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets
