The Opportunity
Ryan Randall Projects (RRP) is expanding, and we're looking for a Project/Construction Manager to step into a defining leadership role. This is your chance to take ownership of construction delivery, drive quality, process control, and build the teams that will carry RRP into its next chapter of growth.
You'll oversee all aspects of industrial and commercial roofing and cladding, ensuring every measurement, installation, and finish meets the standard of excellence that defines RRP. Beyond the technical, you'll also be responsible for recruiting, training, and expanding teams and subcontractors to help RRP achieve our growth targets.
This is a true office-site balance role, leading from both the field and the boardroom, setting standards, guiding people, and embedding structure. As the company continues to evolve into property development and large-scale construction, this role will grow with it.
And most importantly, you'll join a business that operates as a family.
At RRP, we treat our clients, suppliers, and partners as part of that same family. We succeed together, support each other, and hold ourselves accountable to the same high standard. That's how we've built lasting relationships, and that's how we'll continue to grow.
If you're ready to build something exceptional, this is a role that will take you to great lengths and heights.
What You'll Lead
- End-to-End Delivery: Oversee planning, programming, procurement, QA/QC, and close-out across all Construction sites.
- Roofing & Cladding Expertise: Manage measurements, compliance, and execution of industrial and commercial roofing and cladding along with each Site Supervisor.
- Quality & Control: Implement ITPs, checklists, and QA systems that guarantee precision and professionalism.
- Team Growth: Recruit, onboard, and lead staff and subcontractors to reach business-wide expansion targets.
- Safety Leadership: Champion WHS compliance and culture, ensuring zero harm.
- Process & Systems: Standardise and refine SOPs, reporting, and ERP integration (Odoo or similar).
- Commercial Responsibility: Protect and enhance project margins through disciplined financial management.
- Client & Partner Relationships: Foster genuine partnerships with builders, suppliers, and clients based on mutual respect and transparency.
- Future Development: Play a central role in RRP's progression into property development and construction management.
What Success Looks Like
- Quality: 100% compliance, zero critical defects.
- Safety: Zero LTIs, full WHS documentation.
- Growth: Teams and subcontractor base expanded, internal capability developed.
- Schedule: On-time milestones and proactive planning.
- Commercial: Protected margins and positive client outcomes.
- Culture: A family-driven, motivated, accountable workforce.
About You
- 7-12+ years in commercial or industrial construction, ideally with roofing/cladding expertise.
- Proven ability to measure, manage, and lead complex construction projects.
- Skilled at building and growing teams, including recruitment and subcontractor onboarding.
- Strong command of WHS, QA/QC, ITPs, and Australian Standards.
- Commercially astute with contract and cost management experience.
- Systems-focused with ERP/project management experience.
- Natural leader who thrives both on-site and in the office.
- Trade or degree-qualified in construction, engineering, or project management.
What We Offer
- Leadership: Step into a key operational role with autonomy and impact.
- Family Culture: A company that treats clients, suppliers, and teammates as part of one family, working side by side with mutual respect and pride.
- Growth Pathway: Build teams, shape systems, and grow into senior leadership as RRP expands into development.
- Balance: A fulfilling office-site balance where your leadership truly counts.
- Incentives: Reward structure tied to quality, delivery, and company growth.
- Future Opportunity: A long-term career that can take you to great lengths and heights. How far you go is completely up to you.
