About the Role

As the Regional Construction Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end construction of homes in the Brisbane Inner-City region, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the General Manager - Construction, you'll lead a team of supervisors and tradespeople, balancing operational priorities with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of supervisors and tradespeople, ensuring KPI and quality standards are exceeded.
  • Oversee construction workflows, resource allocation, and financial forecasting to meet monthly revenue targets.
  • Manage contractor and supplier relationships to maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
  • Conduct regular QA checks, ensuring compliance with NCC, AS, and QBCC standards.
  • Champion workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements across all sites.
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
