Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers warmly, ensuring they feel welcome swiftly
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently in-person.
  • Prepare and serve beverages and light snacks according to the drive thru standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organised work stations on the go.
  • Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels.
  • Operate café equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Support team members during peak hours and contribute to overall smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills or be willing to learn to do so will be an advantage.
  • You will need to be prepared to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
