Customer Service Team Member

We seek a Customer Service team member to join our Adelaide team working closely with both our Customer Service team and Account Managers to provide a high level of service and support to our valued client base, ensuring every interaction exceeds the client's expectations.

Essential Skills:

  • Can communicate effectively.

  • Punctual, hardworking, highly motivated, and organised.

  • Optimistic and positive approach, able to overcome obstacles or setbacks.

  • Demonstrate effective planning, prioritising, and organisational skills.

Your daily activities will include:

  • Liaise with clients via phone and emails providing any needed updates.

  • Inbound telephones sales and support.

  • Processing sales orders.

  • Maintaining and updating client database.

  • Providing quotes and special pricing.

  • Assist in resolving client and supplier issues to deliver positive outcomes.

  • General office duties.
