What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver warm, professional service that creates memorable guest experiences
  • Take and deliver orders with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Share your knowledge of our hotel offerings and upsell with confidence
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow

What We're Looking For

  • A passion for customer service and making people feel welcome
  • A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Well presented, with excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge in barista made coffee (advantageous)
  • Availability across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • RSA & Food Safety Certificate (essential)
  • Reliable transport (highly desirable)
