We're looking for a motivated Workshop Foreman – Boilermakerto join our Yatala based workshop in a permanent full time role. Reporting directly to the workshop manager, you will bring your technical expertise and people skills to lead from the front and keep our operations moving.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing daily workshop operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.

  • Leading and developing a team of boilermakers and apprentices.

  • Managing workflow, job allocation, and deadlines to keep projects on track.

  • Driving compliance with strict safety, environmental, and quality standards.

  • Collaborating with the Workshop Manager, site teams, and operations to achieve successful outcomes

What We're Looking For:

  • Trade-qualified Boilermaker with a minimum of 3+ years' experience, experience with earthmoving equipment is a must.

  • At least 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role, overseeing teams in a workshop environment.

  • Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and technical skills.

  • Proven ability to manage and develop people while driving performance.

  • A safety-first mindset with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
