Synergie has partnered with a leading steel profile cutting and processing company based in Smithfield, is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Hand / Forklift Operator to join our busy team.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who's safety-conscious, physically fit, and has experience working in a manufacturing or steel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating forklifts to load/unload steel plates and materialsAssisting with general warehouse and yard dutiesSupporting machine operators and tradesmen as neededManual handling, stacking, and sorting of cut steel componentsMaintaining a clean and organised work environmentFollowing WHS and site safety procedures at all times

To Be Successful, You'll Need:

A valid Forklift Licence (LF)Experience in a steel, fabrication, or industrial environment (preferred)Physically fit and comfortable with manual labourGood work ethic and a can-do attitudeStrong commitment to safety and teamworkReliable transport and punctuality
