We're on the hunt for passionate and driven individuals to join the dynamic kitchen team at Terrigal Beach House—one of the busiest and most popular coastal venues on the Central Coast.

We don't just serve food—we serve volume, energy, and consistency in one of the busiest kitchens on the Central Coast. Our venue is known for its high turnover, fast-paced service, and steady stream of locals and tourists year-round.

Working here means being part of a kitchen that runs at full speed, especially on weekends and holidays. You'll be in the thick of it, moving fast, staying sharp, and producing high-quality dishes under pressure. It's challenging—but that's where the growth happens.

You'll be supported every step of the way by a passionate, experienced team that's committed to helping you succeed. Whether you're building your career or looking to level up, we offer a hands-on learning environment where your effort counts and your skills can shine.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare, cook and present food to a high standard

  • Take charge of a kitchen section during service

  • Maintain pace and focus in a high-volume environment

  • Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times

  • Support junior team members and collaborate with senior chefs

  • Contribute to a positive team culture with clear communication and reliability

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a commercial kitchen (preferred but not essential)

  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work at pace

  • A genuine interest in food and willingness to learn

  • Availability to work weekends, nights, and public holidays

  • A team player with a can-do attitude and good communication skills
