Are you an organised and detail oriented professional who's passionate about helping others? We're looking for a motivated Administration Assistant to support our dedicated team of Case Managers in delivering exceptional care to older Australians.

This is a work from home opportunity to start, with plans to transition to a local office on the Tablelands in the near future.

In this rewarding role, you'll play a key part in keeping our day to day operations running smoothly. From handling documentation and scheduling to supporting communication and coordination, your efforts will directly contribute to improving the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to a small team of Case Managers

Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Handle phone and email inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Prepare reports and correspondence as required

Support the team with general office duties

About You:

Previous experience in administration (preferably in aged care or healthcare)

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
