What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of transmission projects including microwave, IP routers, and power systems.
- Manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
- Drive solution engineering and technical evaluations for transmission tenders and proposals.
- Coordinate contract compliance, government funding agreements, and achievement reporting.
- Work closely with collaborators from Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
- Identify new business opportunities and support strategic partnerships.
- Set up project supervision, financial forecasting, and risk mitigation strategies.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in telecommunications, with a focus on transmission technologies.
- Proven leadership in managing complex infrastructure programs and technical teams.
- Strong collaborator involvement, vendor bargaining, and commercial competence.
- Certifications such as PMI, Prince II, PMBOK, or ITIL are highly regarded.
- Deep understanding of microwave, IP, power systems, and resiliency solutions.
- Skill in SAP, financial forecasting, and overseeing capital projects.
