What You'll Do 

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of transmission projects including microwave, IP routers, and power systems.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
  • Drive solution engineering and technical evaluations for transmission tenders and proposals.
  • Coordinate contract compliance, government funding agreements, and achievement reporting.
  • Work closely with collaborators from Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support strategic partnerships.
  • Set up project supervision, financial forecasting, and risk mitigation strategies.

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in telecommunications, with a focus on transmission technologies.
  • Proven leadership in managing complex infrastructure programs and technical teams.
  • Strong collaborator involvement, vendor bargaining, and commercial competence.
  • Certifications such as PMI, Prince II, PMBOK, or ITIL are highly regarded.
  • Deep understanding of microwave, IP, power systems, and resiliency solutions.
  • Skill in SAP, financial forecasting, and overseeing capital projects.
