About the Role:

We're looking for an Executive Housekeeper to oversee daily housekeeping operations, manage staff, and uphold our high cleanliness standards. You'll be working with our prestigious partner hotels in Gold Coast, QLD, leading a dedicated team to ensure guests enjoy a pristine and comfortable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
  • Conduct room and public area inspections for cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Monitor expenses and maintain cost control.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless operations.
  • Provide ongoing staff coaching and maintain accurate housekeeping records.

About You:

  • 3–5 years' experience in housekeeping or facilities management, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Hospitality or management education preferred.
  • Passionate about maintaining high standards and guest satisfaction.
