(20 hrs)Based onsite in Emu Plains, your day to day respsonsibilities will be:Manage key on-site administration services for offices in Australia and New Zealand, including third-party provider coordinationBuild strong stakeholder relationships and assist in day-to-day office operations, while providing input for new workplace modelsEnsure efficient and timely support services, including meeting room setup, event coordination, and audiovisual equipment managementOversee mail services, including receipt, processing, and distribution, with a focus on digital transformation and secure document handlingManage suppliers, procurement, and financial activities, while supporting other functions as neededMaintain a safe, clean, and organized office environment, including lobbies and conference roomsPerform physical tasks, including lifting objects up to 15kg, adhering to safety guidelines and protocolsRequired skills & experience:Previous experience in a corporate environmentCapacity to deal with ambiguity and solve problems effectivelyStrong communicator – possesses strong verbal & written communication skills; also an active listenerPassion for quality – has an eye for detail to make sure the best delivery of servicesIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableWhat can you expect from us?You'll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
