We are looking for a Site Services Supervisor to join our team

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused Site Services Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our client site as a representative of our team. This casual role involves coordinating service and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and acting as a key liaison between our company and the client.

Responsibilities

Supervise maintenance and service activities on-site.

  • Coordinate and lead a team of technicians, ensuring adherence to work schedules and safety protocols.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication between staff, client representatives, and head office.
  • Monitor and report on job progress, equipment performance, and potential issues.
  • Maintain compliance with all site and safety procedures and policies.
  • Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, pre-start meetings, and safety audits.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily/weekly reports and documentation
  • Liaise with logistics and parts departments to ensure timely availability of materials.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Trade qualification in Mechanical, Welding, or related field.
  • Maintenance & Shutdown experience on BHP, FMG, CPPC and RTIO sites.
  • Prior experience supervising teams in a similar site or OEM service environment.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of supervisory experience is required for this position.
  • Mandatory S26 Supervisor Training.
  • High Risk Work Licence – WP and LF (Desirable).
  • White Card, WAH, CS, Gas Testing, First Response Fire.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance processes and OEM equipment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work within safety-critical environments.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Valid site inductions, BHP, Rio Tinto, FMG, etc)
