The Opportunity:

We're seeking a
Site Supervisor
with 3+ years of experience across bespoke, high-end custom homes experienced. Based in Perth with projects ranging along the coast of CBD suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily site activities and manage subcontractors
  • Ensure construction meets design, quality, and safety standards
  • Maintain tight control over project timelines and budgets
  • Identify and resolve site issues proactively
  • Communicate regularly with the office team and project stakeholders
  • Drive a strong safety culture across the site

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years across luxury bespoke homes
  • Sound knowledge of building standards
  • Ability to communicate to fellow staff with the appropriate level of detail.
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner, verbally and electronically, with designers, engineers, contractors and construction supervisors
  • Self-manage time including, determining priorities, being efficient and completing tasks to given time frames.
