Exercise Physiologist – Part time potentially Full time

Location: Canning Vale & Cockburn.

Lion Rocker Physiotherapy is seeking a passionate and driven Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to delivering high-quality care and helping clients achieve optimal health and performance outcomes.

About the Role

As an Exercise Physiologist, you will play a key role in supporting clients through tailored, evidence-based exercise interventions in a professional and supportive environment. You will work closely with our team to ensure integrated care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct musculoskeletal, fitness assessments, and functional capacity evaluations
  • Perform comprehensive initial assessments to understand client needs and goals
  • Design and deliver individualised exercise programs
  • Facilitate one-on-one and small group exercise sessions in a gym setting
  • Support clients with chronic disease management, rehabilitation, and functional goal achievement
  • Contribute to a collaborative, client-centred environment focused on long-term results

About You

You are an enthusiastic and qualified Exercise Physiologist with a strong foundation in clinical assessment and exercise prescription. You have a client-first mindset and are motivated to work both independently and as part of a team.

Essential Criteria:

  • Accredited with ESSA as an Exercise Physiologist
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal rehabilitation and chronic disease management
  • Experience in delivering group and individualised exercise services

Preferred but not essential:

  • Experience as a Exercise Physiologist minimum 1 Year.
  • Interest in wellness and healthy ageing interventions
