About the Opportunity

Looking for a leadership role in a cutting-edge distribution environment? This is your opportunity to step into a newly built, automated DC that's setting a new benchmark for efficiency and service excellence.

As the PM Shift Supervisor, you'll lead a team of 15–20 dedicated team members responsible for:

  • Completing evening put away and replenishment activities, including stock movements into high-bay racking and an advanced Swisslog Autostore system.
  • Picking and preparing orders to meet next-day delivery commitments across a national branch network.
  • Wrapping up the day's receivals and maintaining operational readiness for the morning shift.

This role is pivotal to ensuring all service levels are achieved and the operation is seamlessly handed over to the next day's team.

We're seeking someone who thrives on autonomy, accountability, and leading by example. You don't need prior experience with automation — what matters most is your energy, leadership, and strong work ethic.
