About the role

This role is about insight, curiosity and collaboration. It's for someone who loves connecting the dots between what clients need and what will make the biggest impact.

As our Insights and Planning Lead, you'll work with our Australian and global teams to uncover client insights, shape ideas, and bring strategy and creativity together. You'll partner closely with Client Leads and support pitches that turn challenges into opportunities. The role suits someone who's equally comfortable thinking strategically and getting hands-on with storytelling, data, and creative problem-solving.

We're open to this role being full-time or part-time, depending on the person. What matters most is the mindset and energy you bring.

What you'll get to do

  • Translate client insights, challenges and data into solution-focused recommendations
  • Shape proposals and presentations that elevate conversations beyond product and price
  • Support Client Leads with tools, decks and talking points that inspire confidence and impact
  • Lead or co-facilitate innovation and ideation sessions to unlock client growth
  • Stay across global trends and insights that fuel new thinking and better planning
  • Use AI and smart tools to solve problems faster and deliver smarter outcomes
  • Partner with Creative and Production teams to shape ideas that are both inspiring and achievable

What we'd love you to bring

  • Strong experience in marketing, strategy or insights roles
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of marketing, strategy or insights experience is required
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience working within or alongside a sales structure (together you'll unlock growth)
  • Experience working within any sales environment or structure is required
  • Commercial thinking and the ability to spot value opportunities
  • Curiosity, creativity and confidence to influence
  • Familiarity with tools like and ChatGPT is a bonus
