This isn't your average kitchen gig. We're talking live cooking, sizzling teppanyaki action, and wow-worthy sushi artistry – all served up with style.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Mastering Japanese classics – from noodles and rice to grilled meats and sweet treats
  • Staying sharp and organised with mise en place and food prep

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques, including hot kitchen
  • A creative eye and steady hand when it comes to presentation
  • Japanese language skills a plus – but strong English is a must
