Grade 4 Occupational Therapist - Workforce & Acute Services Stream Leader
Full-time, fixed term until January 2027 (parental leave backfill)
Job-share considered; candidates interested in part-time workforce or stream leader role welcome to apply
$138,928.40 annual salary depending on classification level, salary packaging, 5 weeks annual leave
Higher qualifications allowance for applicable post-graduate qualifications

Driving clinical excellence: As a recognised expert in your field, you'll provide leadership and direction to your team, influencing best practices across the entire OT service at Austin Health.

Extensive clinical experience in assessment, treatment and goal setting of highly complex client groups.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and inspire others.
