Internal Communications & Culture

  • Oversee all-company communications, including monthly town halls, weekly newsletters, and intranet content, to drive engagement, transparency, and connection across Tyro.
  • Partner with senior leaders to ensure clear and consistent messaging during periods of change.

Executive & Brand Storytelling

  • Craft compelling narratives for executives, including speeches, talking points, and thought leadership content that positions Tyro as a fintech and payments innovator.
  • Identify and manage corporate award submissions and strategic profile-raising opportunities.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven success advising and influencing CEOs, executives, and Boards.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships that deliver business results.
  • Agility, resilience, and sound judgement in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
