360 Personnel is hiring skilled Boilermakers and Mechanical Fitters for ongoing night shift roles at in the Loagan and South Brisbane Region. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity with consistent hours.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Preventative maintenance and repairs on crushing plants, conveyors, and screening equipment
  • Fabrication and fitting work using a range of hand tools, power tools, and specialised machinery
  • Diagnosing and resolving mechanical faults with accuracy and efficiency
  • Interpreting technical drawings and working to detailed specifications
  • Collaborating with other skilled trades on-site to ensure equipment reliability and safety
  • Maintaining a clean and safe worksite, following all WHS standards
What We're Looking For
  • Trade qualified: Cert III in Fabrication (Boilermaker) or Mechanical Fitting/Turning
  • Experience in heavy industry, quarry, mining, or plant maintenance
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Current Working at Heights and Confined Spaces tickets (essential)
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety
