What You'll Be Doing:
  • Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing Toyota vehicles through engine and mechanical tests.
  • Performing preventative maintenance to ensure vehicles run at their best.
  • Troubleshooting and fault finding to pinpoint and fix issues efficiently.
  • Completing paperwork/logbooks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Providing expert advice regarding the mechanical condition of vehicles.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest mechanical knowledge and dealer product changes.
  • Working closely with the Service Advisor to discuss vehicle issues and plan future repairs.
  • Maintaining and enhancing our production control system to optimise efficiency.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
  • Trade Qualification (Motor Mechanic).
  • Toyota Diagnostic Tech Fundamentals Qualification.
  • Current Repairer's Licence.
  • Proven diagnostic skills and ability to resolve complex mechanical issues.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining productivity.
  • Auto electrical competencies (highly advantageous).
  • Honest, hardworking, and reliable work ethic.
  • Current Driver's License.
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety protocols.
  • Own tools required for the role.
