Auto Electrician

About the role

As an Auto Electrician at Red Dirt Auto Electrical Pty Ltd, you will use your expertise in automotive electrical systems to diagnose and repair Auto Electrical and Automotive Air Conditioning issues, ensuring our clients' equipment remains operational and productive.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in Lights and heavy vehicles and machinery
• Carry out scheduled maintenance and servicing of electrical components
• Interpret electrical schematics and use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve problems
• Liaise with clients to understand their equipment needs and provide recommendations
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting industry regulations and safety requirements
• Maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance activities
• Assist with other mechanical tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Formal Certificate III qualification in automotive electrical
• Extensive experience as an Auto Electrician
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working as an Auto Electrician
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex electrical faults using diagnostic equipment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining a safe work environment
• Australian work rights are required for this position
