About the role

Tjays Plumbing & Civil Pty Ltd is seeking experienced and qualified Commercial and civil Plumbers, Site Supervisors, and Project Managers to join our growing team on the Gold Coast & Brisbane. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work on diverse and challenging projects with guaranteed long term employment.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and execute plumbing installations, for commercial civil , industrial and multi residential projects
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of plumbing teams on construction sites
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, to ensure project requirements are met
  • Identify and resolve any plumbing-related issues that arise during projects
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards

What we're looking for

  • Formal trade qualification in plumbing or equivalent experience
  • Full plumbing licence is required for these positions
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a commercial plumber, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing regulations, building codes, and safety standards
  • Experience in supervising and leading plumbing teams
  • Proficient in the use of plumbing tools and equipment
