**Permanent Full-Time opportunity**
Maxima Recruitment Services are seeking an experienced **Site Supervisor** **for a leading landscaping and maintenance company dedicated to creating and maintaining outdoor spaces.

**Position Overview**:
This role is a full-time permanent position available for an immediate start. You will be based out of our** Golden Grove Depot **located in the North Eastern Suburbs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of junior staff and apprentices
- Plan and schedule daily work assignments, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess the condition of landscapes and identify maintenance needs.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for the team.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Reporting to Area Manager

**Qualifications/ Experience**:

- Experience in all aspects of commercial landscape maintenance
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation. You must have the ability to communicate and build relationships with all levels of stakeholders
- Good computer and literacy skills
- An eye for detail and a strong customer focus
- Practical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Current Driver’s License and White Card
