  • Conduct site inspections to identify hazards, maintenance issues, or service gaps.
  • Support workplace health and safety programs, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Maintain documentation for compliance audits (e.g., fire safety certificates, lift inspections, contractor permits).

4. Financial & Contract Management

  • Assist in managing FM budgets, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Support tendering, onboarding, and performance review of service contractors.
  • Track expenditure against budgets and highlight variances.
  • Ensure service contracts are current, compliant, and delivering value.

5. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Support workflow improvements to reduce bottlenecks and improve on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for tooling, consumables, and maintenance services.

2. Engineering & Technical Support

  • Work with the Engineering Manager to implement new CNC programs, tooling setups, and process changes.
