The opportunity
Tired of pilots that never reach production? Join a team that designs and ships real AI products. Go beyond simple chat. Integrate with business systems, databases, and APIs. Build modern web and mobile apps enhanced by the Azure AI stack.
You will work directly with customers across industries to design and implement solutions using LLMs, RAG patterns, and secure connectivity to enterprise systems. You will also contribute reusable IP, enable customers, support public events, and collaborate across solution areas.
What you will do
- Partner with Sales for demos, discovery, and estimates
- Run requirements workshops and gain stakeholder buy-in
- Build web and mobile applications with LLM, ML and other AI capabilities
- Implement across dev, test, and prod using modern engineering practices
- Produce clear documentation, training, and handovers
- Become a trusted advisor for ongoing engagement
What you will bring
- Working knowledge of LLMs, ML models, and when to use which
- Experience designing and building cloud-based web apps with .NET and other frameworks
- Hosting on Azure including App Service, containers, and Azure Integration services
- Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Cognitive Services, and Azure AI Search
- Exposure to Copilot Studio and Power Platform to combine low-code and pro-code
- Understanding of the wider Microsoft ecosystem. Identity, Fabric, M365, Power Platform
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills
Helpful backgrounds
There is no single path. You may come from pro-code, data science, or consulting. Many of our team hold:
- Degrees in computer science, software engineering, data science, or related fields
- Microsoft certifications. Azure App Platform such as AZ-203 or AZ-400. Azure AI such as AI-102 or DP-700
Soft skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proactive problem solver who is comfortable with ambiguity and complexity
- Collaborative, team oriented, growth mindset, and knowledge sharing
