What you will be doing:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of our experienced chefs
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace
• Learn and apply safe food handling and hygiene practices
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy periods
• Participate in menu development and creative culinary projects
• Embrace the opportunity for career progression within the culinary field

What you will bring:

• Enthusiasm for food and a strong desire to pursue a career as a Chef
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skill
• A key part of your learning and development is the requirement to attend TAFE (Ourimbah Campus) one day per week commencing in 2026
• We are a Club that operates all year round, nights, weekends and public holidays will be a requirement of this position
