Project Manager

  • Mid to Senior OK
  • $110,000K - $160,000K
  • Subdivisions experience is required
  • Will consider those from civil construction if relevant land development experience

Consulting Construction Engineer / Superintendent

  • Mid to Senior OK
  • $90,000 - $135,000K
  • National consultancy
  • Subdivisions experience is required
  • Will consider those from civil construction if relevant land development experience

Looking for:

  • Civil Engineering Degree / or Diploma qualified
  • Project Management OR Civil Site Engineering from Land Development Subdivision projects (Those ready to step up or with some PM exposure will be considered)
  • Client & Stakeholder management experience
  • 12d background would be great - but not essential given these positions are not design.
  • Those who want longevity & stability
  • Enthusiasm, drive and solid communication skills are a must
