Core Talent is working with a reputable Urban Development Civil Contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across the Sunshine Coast and Gympie areas. With a proven track record in delivering high-quality subdivisions and infrastructure works, they're now looking to appoint a driven Project Engineer to join their team.

The Role

As a Project Engineer, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of subdivision and urban development projects. You'll be working closely with the Project Manager and Site teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Manager across planning, programming, and delivery
  • Manage quality assurance, safety, and compliance requirements
  • Oversee subcontractor and supplier coordination
  • Assist with cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting
  • Contribute to building strong client and stakeholder relationships
About You
  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in civil construction, ideally industrial or residential subdivisions
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive and driven attitude, with an eye for detail
