As an Employee Relations specialist in the People and Culture team, you will support and guide managers and staff on workforce related matters including

  • complaint and disciplinary management
  • industrial issues and consultation
  • workforce planning
  • change management
  • performance and development management and
  • employee relations (ER) coaching and education/training
