Bright Steps Academy Windsor Gardens is excited to announce the opening of our brand-new, purpose-built childcare centre — and we're looking for an inspiring Centre Director to join our founding leadership team.

This is an incredible opportunity to shape the culture from day one, lead a passionate team, and build meaningful connections with families and the local community. Our centre will provide high-quality early learning and care for children aged 0-6 years.

About the Role

As our Centre Director, you'll be the driving force behind creating a nurturing, high-quality early learning environment where children, families, and educators thrive.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of educators.
  • Oversee enrolments, compliance, and day-to-day centre operations.
  • Build strong relationships with families and the wider community.
  • Drive continuous improvement and maintain the highest quality standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven leadership or senior educator experience in Early Childhood Education (Centre Director: 2+ years preferred)
  • ECT qualification or Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and compliance standards
  • A genuine passion for supporting children, families, and educators
  • Collaborative, people-focused approach with a growth mindset
