About the Role

As an integral part of our Accessory Fitting team, you'll be responsible for installing premium 4x4 accessories with precision and care. You'll work alongside a passionate team in a clean, modern workshop fitting quality products to a wide range of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accessory Installation: Professionally fit bull bars, roof racks, suspension kits, winches, lighting, and other 4x4 accessories
  • Quality & Safety: Maintain high safety standards and ensure all work meets ARB's quality benchmarks
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to maintain efficient workflows and deliver outstanding service
  • Problem Solving: Apply your technical knowledge to address fitting challenges and ensure excellent outcomes

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in fitting automotive or 4x4 accessories

  • Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
