Keystone Fitness Truganina is looking for a Sales & Membership Consultant for our Body Transformation Studio (Truganina)

We're not a big-box gym.

We're a 150 sqm premium body transformation studio – and we sell $600–$2000 life-changing programs, not $29/week memberships.

That means we need a proven sales closer who can work independently and drive results without constant supervision.


Must-Have Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (car sales, phone sales, property, retail big-ticket items, call centre, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success in hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong objection handling and consultative selling skills
  • Confident with phone, text, and face-to-face selling
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to hit KPIs

What You'll Do
  • Convert warm leads into paying clients
  • Run impactful consultations & tours that close high-ticket programs
  • Follow up relentlessly and manage your pipeline without handholding
  • Sell programs that transform lives, not just gym access
