About the role

Become an Aftercare Consultant and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support at Peninsula Motor Group. In this full-time position based in Bankstown, NSW, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience long after their vehicle purchase. Join our dynamic team and contribute to the ongoing success of our growing automotive business.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively contact customers to follow up on their vehicle purchase and address any questions or concerns
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle service and maintenance appointments
  • Provide personalized support and advice to customers on vehicle care and warranty information
  • Maintain accurate customer records and provide detailed reporting
  • Collaborate with the sales, finance and service teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to sell additional products and services to existing customers
  • Actively contribute to the development of customer retention strategies

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
