What will you be responsible for?
Reporting to the COO, this role reflects our growth journey and will play a vital part in ensuring the success of current transformational programmes and future acquisitions. The role will work closely with our MD and senior executives across the region and our UK-parent company.
Your key activities in this role will be:-
- Programme leadership
; lead the end-to-end integration process from pre-close planning through to completion, developing and executing integration strategies and project timelines - Stakeholder management
; build and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders providing regular communication on progress - Functional integration; oversee the implementation of integration plans across functions areas ensuring alignment with best practices and organisation standards
- Change management; develop and implement strategies that ensure the smooth transition to integration and changes
- Risk management; identify potential risks and issues and develop strategies to mitigate them
What are we looking for?
We're on the hunt for an individual with a natural flair for collaboration and communication, passionate and resilient and who brings a positive attitude to work each day.
- Proven experience managing M&A integration projects (preferably in an SME or mid-size business) including a technical integration skillset
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex initiatives to successful completion
- Confident communicator who can build trust and strong relationships to influence stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and identify trends
