THE OPPORTUNITY…

We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Coordinator to join our Darwin team. This pivotal role is all about combining customer service excellence with sales administration and operational oversight. You'll manage client relationships, oversee order accuracy, and ensure smooth coordination across sales, procurement, accounts, and warehouse functions.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY…

  • Be the senior point of contact for complex client enquiries and issue resolution
  • Manage quotations, specifications, and follow-ups to secure repeat business
  • Oversee pricing structures, order accuracy, and debtor control
  • Coordinate workflows across multiple departments to keep operations running smoothly
  • Support the Commercial Manager with reporting, submissions, and strategic initiatives
