The Opportunity

You will design and deliver insightful dashboards, track and benchmark key metrics, and drive performance improvement initiatives.

Backed by a leading private equity firm, the business has a clear growth mandate, excellent funding, and a reputation for innovation and excellence. You'll work with a highly capable executive team and gain broad visibility across the organisation.

The Challenge
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Designing and developing performance dashboards with BI support, enhancing transparency across multiple business units
  • Collaborating on payment workflow optimisation and debt management projects, including working with vendors and operational teams
  • Evaluating operational efficiency and leading initiatives to improve processes and reporting standards
  • Driving cross-functional alignment on key performance indicators across departments such as People, Legal, Recruitment and Finance
  • Supporting the FP&A team with ad hoc data analysis and commercial insights
  • Managing daily, weekly and monthly operational reports and ensuring integrity of internal tools and calculators
  • Delivering deep-dive analysis to uncover opportunities and performance gaps, feeding directly into board-level reporting
The Expertise
  • CA / CPA qualified with a background in analysis, operations, or FP&A
  • 3 years' experience in a high-performance environment such as operations, Big 4 consulting, analytics or a PE-backed business
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Power BI, TM1 or other reporting tools highly regarded
  • A structured thinker who enjoys breaking down complex problems and finding commercial, data-driven solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Healthcare sector experience or exposure to capital-intensive environments will be well regarded
